Electric power is one of the commonly used means of transportation in our lives. Electric vehicles are favored by consumers because of their advantages of light pollution and no pollution. The length of driving mileage is one of the main standards for consumers to measure the quality of electric vehicles. It is worth mentioning that the battery problem accounts for more than 95% of the battery quality complaints, because the battery is an important factor in determining the mileage of the electric vehicle. So what problems should we pay attention to when maintaining the battery of an electric vehicle?


One


It is strictly forbidden to lose electricity during storage. Batteries are strictly prohibited from being in the state of electricity loss when they are stored. The power-loss state is that the battery is not charged in time after use. In the state of loss of electricity, sulfation is easy to be stored, lead sulfate crystals are attached to the plate, and the electric ion channel is blocked, and the charge is insufficient and the capacity of the battery is reduced. The longer the idle time of the power loss state is, the more serious the battery damage is. Therefore, when the battery is idle, it should be charged once a month, so that the battery can be kept healthy.

Regular inspection - in the process of use, if the electric vehicle's continued mileage suddenly drops more than ten kilometers in a short time, it is likely to be the short circuit of a battery in the battery pack, such as the failure of a cell, the softening of the polar plate, the loss of the active material of the plate and so on. At this point, professional battery repair institutions should be inspected, repaired or matched in time. This can prolong the life of battery pack and save the most.

To grasp the charging time correctly - in the process of use, the charging time should be grasped accurately according to the actual situation, the use frequency and the mileage, the capacity description provided by the battery manufacturer, the performance of the auxiliary charger, the size of the charging current and so on. In general, batteries are charged at night, and the average charging time is about 8 hours. If a shallow discharge (a short distance after charging), the battery will soon fill up, and continue charging will be overcharged, causing the battery to lose water, heat, and reduce battery life. Therefore, the battery can charge the best charge once the discharge depth is 60%-70%, and it can be converted into riding mileage when used in actual use. It can be charged according to the actual situation and avoid the harmful charging.

When you start, you'd better pedal first. Don't bother to ride an electric car. When you start, you'd better pedal with your feet and slow up later. Batteries are hot in summer. They must not touch naked fire. Avoid direct sunlight. Use charger to confirm model, voltage and frequency to meet the requirements.


Every two months, deep discharge, deep charge once.
